AT is an embodied approach to increase body awareness and to reduce stress, tension and pain. Habitual ways of moving and thinking often lead to physical and mental limitations. Learning strategies to change habitual posture and movement will result in upright poise, effortless movement, better energy and improved well-being – and ease in body and mind!
Please bring 3 – 4 paperback books to class, and come in comfortable clothes.
