About the event

Do you find yourself slouching in a chair? Is it difficult for you to keep a good posture – even if you try hard? Do you have aches and pains at the end of the day? The Alexander Technique helps you increase body awareness, release muscle tension, change habitual posture and move with less effort.  Learn to find balance in sitting, standing, walking or any other activity – and find ease in body and mind!

Please bring a few paperback books and your own yoga mat, if you prefer.
